JOHN HEALEY, THE CONSERVATIVE CHOICE

Fort Bend County has become a destination for families and businesses across America, but the careful planning and success of our community did not happen by chance. We have a rich history of fundamental and positive traditions and values in our institutions. Our elected officials have consistently adhered to conservative philosophies of government, and their hard work has been borne out again and again.

Since coming to Fort Bend County in 1982, John Healey has supported and worked for the election of local Republican candidates for office. During the 1980’s, he campaigned for Republicans seeking the offices of District Attorney and County Courts-at-Law. He has worked for the election of conservative city council and mayoral candidates, and Republican candidates for the Texas House of Representatives and Senate. Healey has done more than lend his name as an endorsement. He has spent many days walking door to door and manning phone banks for our Republican candidates and elected officials.

Healey puts his conservative principles into action on behalf of the Fort Bend taxpayers. He has sought to decrease the cost of the office to the county budget by obtaining $1.75 million in grant money to fund new positions in the district attorney’s office.
