John Healey Fort Bend County District Attorney

HOW TO SAVE $1.75 MILLION OF YOUR MONEY

Since 1992, seven much needed positions have been created and approved by Commissioners’ Court. These positions, funded in whole or part by grants, are:

  • Narcotics Division Chief Prosecutor

  • Domestic Violence Division Chief Prosecutor

  • Juvenile Division Chief Prosecutor

  • Victims Assistance Assistant

  • Two administrative secretaries

  • Domestic Violence Investigator.

The accumulated savings to you and other taxpayers of our county has been over $1,750,000. The successful applications for these grants were written by our own employees, the efforts of my Chief Investigator being of primary importance.
